Driving Directions: From I-70, take exit 1A, travel south on Main Street to 16th Street – turn (left) on to 16th and go one block. West Virginia Independence Hall is located on the northeast corner of 16th & Market Streets. Free parking is available behind the building and is accessed from 16th Street.
Arriving in Wheeling from the south on WV Route 2 – exit onto Eoff Street, turn left at the light (16th & Eoff) and travel through one traffic light to the side entrance of WV Independence Hall.
Arriving in Wheeling from WV Rt. 2 north, travel down Main Street to 16th – turn left onto 16th and travel through one traffic light to the side entrance of WV Independence Hall.
